First Two Weeks of School
Please provide breakfast (if they do not eat with you), lunch with water bottle, and a healthy snack --please no food with nuts (the lunch program begins mid-September)

Personal Daily Essentials

• Full size backpack (NO wheels, must be large enough to hold folder and a fullchange of clothes)
• Lunch bag & water bottle (label with your child’s name) Please do not send anydisposable plastic water bottles. Your child will need lunch and snack daily.
• Nap time essentials: small blanket (will be sent home weekly to be washed) &a stuffed animal (if needed) (label with name if possible)
• Change of clothes (shorts/pants, shirt, underwear, socks--we will be askingfamilies to swap clothing when the weather changes for warmer clothes) (labelwith your child’s name)
• Sneakers or any non-slip, close-toed shoe (for daily gross motor activities, nocrocs)
• Pull-Ups/Diapers and baby wipes (if child still needs them)
• Seasonal outerwear (label with your child’s name)

Classroom Supply List

• 1 - family photo 4x6 or 5x7 (please label who is in the picture on the back)

Medications

• Please give any necessary medication directly to the school nurse. Do not send medication with your child.

To help your child have a successful start to the school year, please send the following supplies on the first day of school. Thank you for helping us prepare for a wonderful year of learning!

• Backpack – (1) backpack with your child's name on the inside / outside.
• Crayons - (1) box of Crayola crayons (24-count)
• Dry Erase Markers - (1) pack of dry erase markers, Expo brand preferred.
• Folders – (2) plastic pocket folders are preferred with pockets on the bottom.
• Glue Sticks – (3) Elmer's brand glue sticks are preferred.
• Headphones - (1) pair of headphones with a wire (no earbuds or bluetooth) in Ziploc bag with child’s name.
• Notebook - (2) Primary Composition Notebooks, (Grades K-2 Journal)
• Pencils - (5) sharpened pencils with erasers
• Scissors - (1) pair of child-sized scissors with rounded tip
• Water Bottle - (1) reusable water bottle labeled with your child's name.

We welcome your child to first grade this year. We have many exciting experiences planned for this year. Your child will need to have certain materials in order to have a successful year. Please provide the following school supplies for your child.

• Backpack with your child’s name written on it (No Roller Backpacks)
• Lunch box for snack or lunch from home
• Headset to use with the computer
• 5 sharpened pencils (please send 2 new pencils weekly)
• 2 soft large erasers
• 3 large glue sticks
• 3 black dry erase markers
• 1 box of crayons

Your child will also need materials at home to use for doing homework.

• 1 box of 24 crayons
• Sharpened pencils
• A soft eraser

• 3 marbled composition notebooks-wide ruled please.

• 1 pair of headphones in a ziplock bag labeled with your child’s name. (nothing oversized for example no unicorn, cat ears, or gaming headphones)
• Handheld pencil sharpener with lid.

In order to help you get started and to have a successful year, I am asking everyone to bring in some supplies. Below is a list of all the supplies you will need. Please bring in all supplies during the first week of school in September.

• Several pencils (no mechanical pencils please)

• 4 jumbo sized (0.77 oz) glue sticks
• 24 pack of crayons or colored pencils
• 5 durable plastic folders
• 1 pack of post-it notes (3x3)
• 1 pack of black dry erase markers
• Earbuds or headphones
• Pencil sharpener with cover
• 1 one-inch binder
• Pencil box
• 12 pack of broad line washable markers
• 1 box of large Ziplock bags

PLEASE make sure everything is labeled with your name when you come to school.
