Printable Hoover School Supply List - Preschool

• A backpack (big enough to fit a school folder)
• Lunch box for lunch and snack
• Your child will need lunch and snack daily. If your child does not eat breakfast with you at home in the morning, they can order breakfast at school. Lunch is also available daily for purchase. Please see the food menus on the website. Breakfast and lunch will be available mid September for purchase.
• Child friendly water bottle- we would like to promote independence and help with spills- Please do not send any disposable plastic water bottles.
• Change of clothes in a ziplock bag- please label with you child’s name
• Closed-toe shoes for gross motor (sneakers, running shoes, non-slip)
• Pull-ups for assistance in the bathroom (if your child is not potty trained yet)
• Blanket for naptime
• A small stuffed animal (if needed) for naptime
• A photo of the family
• Headphones in a ziplock bag labeled for your child for use in listening center (optional)
• Child size smock/oversized t-shirt labeled with your child’s name for Art center (optional)

Printable Hoover School Supply List - Kindergarten

We are so excited to get to know both you and your child this year. We are looking forward to a very happy and productive school year.

Below is a supply list that your child will need for Kindergarten.

• A backpack – please make sure your child’s name is on the outside.
• Glue Sticks – please send in 3 glue sticks (Elmer’s preferred).
• 2 pocket folders – please make sure that the pockets are on the bottom and the folder is sturdy (plastic preferred).
• 5 sharpened pencils with erasers
• Dry erase markers
• Crayola Crayons (24 count)
• 1 child size scissor (rounded tip)
• Headphones in a labeled Ziploc bag (no earbuds please)
• A water bottle with your child’s name on it

Printable Hoover School Supply List - First Grade

We welcome your child to first grade this year. Your child will need to have certain materials in order to have a successful year. Please provide the following school supplies for your child for in school learning.

• Backpack with your child’s name written on it
• Lunch box for snack with your child's name on it
• Headphones in a Ziplock bag with your child's name written on it
• 5 sharpened #2 pencils (please send 2 new pencils weekly)
• 2 soft large erasers
• 3 large glue sticks
• 3 black dry erase markers
• 1 box of crayons
• 1 hand pencil sharpener with catcher

Printable Hoover School Supply List - Second Grade

• 2 packs of pencils-sharpened please.
• 1 pack of highlighters-any color.
• 3 marbled composition notebooks-wide ruled please.
• 4 pack of Expo Dry Erase Markers-any color.
• Dry Erase Eraser.
• 1 pair of headphones in a ziplock bag labeled with your child’s name. (nothing oversized for example no unicorn, cat ears, or gaming headphones)
• Handheld pencil sharpener with lid.

Printable Hoover School Supply List - Third Grade

In order to help you get started and to have a successful year, I am asking everyone to bring in some supplies. Below is a list of all the supplies you will need. Please bring in all supplies during the first week of school in September.

• Several pencils (no mechanical pencils please)
• 4 marble notebooks
• 4 jumbo sized (0.77 oz) glue sticks
• 24 pack of crayons or colored pencils
• 5 durable plastic folders
• 1 pack of post-it notes (3x3)
• 1 pack of black dry erase markers
• Earbuds or headphones
• Pencil sharpener with cover
• 1 one-inch binder
• Pencil box
• 12 pack of broad line washable markers
• 1 box of large Ziplock bags

PLEASE make sure everything is labeled with your name when you come to school.

• 5 composition notebooks **NO spiral notebooks (math, science, social studies, writing, word study)
• 5 pocket folders (social studies, world language (orange), science, reading/writing)
• 2-3 boxes of pencils
• 2 pencil sharpeners
• 3 eraser blocks
• 2 highlighters
• 1 pair of earbuds/earphones labeled in a Ziploc bag *NO Bluetooth headphones
• 4 Dry Erase Markers
• Post-It's (3-4 pads)
• Scissors
• 5 glue sticks

No pencil cases or boxes will be necessary. A pencil box will be provided for each student. (** Please no binders **)
